Associate Sales & Product Manager (ASPM)

Job Description:

Flexible, entrepreneurial person with an interest in both sales and product marketing. The ASPM will work the Product Manager, field Sales, Inside sales on growing sales of our product lines. This position requires a good mix of technical and people skills. Champions the product to both internal and external customers, must be able to translate technical requirements and product features into understandable benefits. work with sales on doing product presentations to customers, address technical & cost issues.

Drive product to success, work with factory, field sales and inside sales on growing business.

Sales duties include finding customers, cold-calling accounts, finding new business and closing, maintaining and growing such business. Find targeted accounts for the sales team to call.

Excellent people skills – work with PMs, Sales people, translate requirements from vendors

Collaborate closely with internal & vendor marketing, technical and sales teams

Have the ability to multitask with customers and projects

Customer focused and able to solve problems

May require travel in USA, Canada

Basic skills/requirements:

Good English speaking/writing skills

Foreign language skills such as Mandarin Chinese, Spanish a plus

Ability or organize time and respond within a timely fashion

Interested in growing with a company

Education/Qualifications

BA or BS degree in Electrical Engineering or another engineering discipline is preferred.

MS Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint
